Ted Holmes is a dedicated education leader, operations strategist, and U.S. Army combat veteran with over 20 years of experience leading people, programs, and institutions with precision, care, and impact. His passion lies in creating systems and environments where children with autism and developmental disabilities can thrive—especially in underserved communities.
Ted holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and dual Master’s degrees in Educational Leadership from Texas A&M University and The Broad Residency in Urban Education. He has served in key leadership roles across public school districts and charter networks, most notably at IDEA Public Schools, where his leadership resulted in Louisiana’s first-ever 100% enrollment milestone.

As Co-Founder of Au-Some Teacher ABA Services, Ted oversees operations, growth strategy, and systems alignment to ensure families receive compassionate, high-quality ABA therapy. His work is grounded in service, equity, and a lifelong mission to build communities where every child is seen, valued, and given the opportunity to succeed.
