Rosalyn Holmes, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Rosalyn Holmes is an accomplished educator and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Her career has been defined by a deep commitment to helping individuals lead meaningful, empowered lives through individualized, evidence-based treatment rooted in compassion and respect.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business and a Master of Arts in Education from Trident University International. Rosalyn later earned a Master’s degree in Special Education with a certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Texas A&M University. Her work spans more than 12 years specializing in moderate to severe autism for children and young adults aged 4 to 22.
Rosalyn’s clinical expertise includes:
Teaching communication and social skills
Replacing problem behaviors with appropriate, functional alternatives
Practicing social skills with families in supportive, natural environments
1:1 individualized treatment
Parent training and coaching
Teaching self-help and adaptive living skills
Feeding intervention and support
Rosalyn’s approach combines trauma-informed care, family-centered collaboration, and data-driven decision-making to promote long-term success. She is known for designing highly personalized interventions that prioritize dignity, inclusion, and functional independence.
Rosalyn has been honored as Killeen ISD’s Teacher of the Year and was named a Region 12 Teacher of the Year finalist for the state of Texas—recognitions that reflect her dedication to excellence in inclusive education and behavior support.
As founder of Au-Some Teacher ABA Services, Rosalyn remains devoted to providing high-quality, culturally responsive ABA therapy that transforms lives and supports the whole child—at home, in school, and in the community.
